Who is responsible
Vysliv is operated by Kuptsov Dmytro, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine (official name: Купцов Дмитро Геннадійович). He is responsible for the personal data described in this policy (the data controller).
For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected] or use our contact form. You do not need an account.
What we collect
- Waitlist: your email address and sign-up time.
- Contact messages: your email address, selected topic, message, and submission time. You do not need to give a reason when requesting deletion.
- Administrator accounts: email address, access permissions, and account creation date. Visitors do not need an account.
- Technical information: hosting and security systems may process connection details such as IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, and errors to deliver and protect the website.
The waitlist needs your email so we can notify you. The contact form needs your email and a message so we can respond; the message is optional for deletion requests. Please do not send passwords, identity documents, or sensitive personal information.
Why we use your information
We use waitlist details, with your consent, to send the Dashduck launch notification you requested. Joining does not create a product account or promise immediate access.
We use inquiries to answer your questions and discuss the work you ask about. The legal basis is taking steps toward a contract at your request, or our legitimate interest in answering other correspondence.
We use privacy requests to meet our data-protection obligations. We use technical and administrator information for our legitimate interest in running and securing the website.
Sending a message does not join the waitlist or subscribe you to marketing. The website does not send submissions to AI models or use them to make automated decisions about you.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist entries: until launch and for up to 90 days afterward, or until an earlier withdrawal or deletion request is completed.
- Business and product inquiries: for up to 12 months after the last relevant contact. If a conversation becomes a client relationship, any records needed for that relationship or legal obligations are handled separately.
- Privacy requests: for as long as needed to handle the request. Completing website data erasure also removes the related contact submissions, including the erasure request itself. Any email correspondence needed to document the outcome is handled separately.
- Server logs and backups: retention is managed by our development team. There is currently no fixed retention period.
Waitlist and contact retention is managed manually; the website does not run scheduled deletion. Deleting website records does not remove copies in email, server logs, or backups. Those need a separate review when handling your request.
Your rights and choices
You may ask what information we hold, request access or correction, withdraw your waitlist consent, object to processing, or request deletion. Restriction and portability rights may also apply under the law governing your request. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Requests are reviewed by a person. For deletion, we first ask you to confirm control of the email address. Submitting the form does not delete anything automatically. We respond within the deadlines required by applicable law and explain if we need more information or must keep particular records.
You may raise a concern with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or another competent data-protection authority, including your local authority where applicable.
